This Epic Giveaway runs February 24th – July 7th!

Enter for a chance to win one of a hundred free copies of the Infernal Fall audiobook available through Spotify. Every Friday from February 24th through July 7th, we will give away 5 codes that will allow you to download the Infernal Fall audiobook narrated by James L. Rubart for free. If you sign up today, you are entered for the duration of this promotion. Everyone who enters will be notified when the Infernal Fall ebook is free AND when the Almost Paradise ebook is free. So really there is no losing.

Earn more entries!

  • If you are a subscriber, you receive a second entry.
  • If you have a physical copy of Infernal Fall, take a selfie with it and share it on social media. You will receive two extra entries (Tag me so that I can see your posts. My social media links are below.) Selfies with ebooks will receive one extra entry.
  • Promote Infernal Fall by sharing links to Amazon, Apple Books, Walmart, or any other online retailer that sells Infernal Fall. Every post earns an extra entry. (Only one post per week.)

Here are some scenarios:

  • One entry – entered the giveaway but not subscribed.
  • Two entries – entered the giveaway and subscribed to my newsletter.
  • Two entries – entered the giveaway and promoted Infernal Fall with a link on social media.
  • Three entries – entered the giveaway and shared a selfie holding their copy of Infernal Fall on a Facebook post.
  • Four entries – entered the giveaway, shared a selfie with the book, and promoted Infernal Fall with a link on a social media site.
  • Five entries – entered the giveaway, promoted a link on social media, shared a selfie, and subscribed to my newsletter.

If you did all this and still didn’t win in the first drawing on February 24th, your entries remain for future drawings. You can earn another entry by sharing another promotional post on your social media. By posting a promotion at least once a week, you improve your chances of winning. If you promote every week from the first week to the last week and don’t win an audiobook, you will not go unnoticed. All entries will be entered into future giveaways.

FAQ

I entered the giveaway before subscribing, can I still receive the extra entry if I subscribe later?
Yes, I’ll check this each Friday morning to make sure. This also goes for those who plan to take a selfie with a physical copy of the book. Please note that if you know someone who has a physical copy of the book you can take a selfie with that copy and receive the extra entries.

I purchased the ebook. Can I use that in a selfie instead of a physical copy?
You can, but it’ll count as one entry instead of two. Ebooks are only .99 cents on Amazon. The physical copies cost more, which is why I’m offering 2 entries for selfies that include those.

If I share a link to Infernal Fall and include a picture of me holding the book in the same post, do I receive 3 entries?
Yes. Two entries for the selfie. One for sharing the link. However, the selfie can only be used once in this giveaway. Promoting the book once a week can earn you an extra entry each week.

One hundred free copies! How do you eat?
Our hope is that you’ll listen to the audiobook and love it so much that you’ll tell your friends and/or give it an honest review on Goodreads. This gives me and Descendant Publishing more visibility. You’ll be helping other readers discover our works, which is why we offer extra entries if you promote Infernal Fall or me as an author on social media

Can I earn more entries if I promote Infernal Fall multiple times on multiple social media sites?
I considered this and determined that it would be too difficult to keep up with. If 20 people were dedicated enough to promote Infernal Fall once a day for one week That’s 140 posts I have to track. If 200 people did this that would be 1400 posts. I’d be discombobulated. I know this because I already have a difficult enough time keeping up with my glasses, wallet, keys, socks, shoes, pens, and guitar picks. I’m sure I’m leaving something out . . . See what I mean.

Can I earn another entry by posting a review on Goodreads or Amazon?
I feel like this would be unethical. Feel free to review the book if you’ve read it, but I don’t want to sway your opinion in any way. While I do hope that you leave an honest review, rewarding anyone for leaving a review is not how I’d like to earn it. If my work delights readers, then I feel they will feel compelled to share their thoughts. If it’s on the other end of the spectrum, then I feel readers would feel compelled to share that. If they are indifferent, they may not review it or rate it. So in short, I think only the story should influence a review. Then again, did I secretly plant an idea in your head with this frequently asked question that hasn’t been asked yet?

What are some links I can share to earn a promotional entry?
I list some promotional links along with links to my social media pages below. I’ll also share options in the contest winner announcement email each Friday to make it easier for you. Check your spam folder if you do not receive it.

How will I know if I win?
We will send an email out to all the participants each Friday to announce winners. They may choose to remain anonymous. All winners will receive a direct email from me that will include the link to the audiobook file. This will continue until July 7th. If you receive no email from me on Friday, you should check your spam folder. If it’s not in there contact me via email (bryan@bryantimothymitchell.com)

Bummer, I already bought the audiobook, I guess I can bow out of this one.
Hold your horses there, feller. Just by entering, you’ll be notified when the Infernal Fall and Almost Paradise ebooks are free. Besides, if you win you are welcome to forward the audiobook to anyone you like, and we all love the joyful feeling that comes through giving, at least I hope we do; please, tell me that feeling isn’t indigestion.

How will I receive the audiobook if I win?
We will email a code to you. This code will allow you to download the audiobook on Spotify at no cost, which means you’ll have to take a few seconds to download Spotify if it’s not already on whatever device you’re using. Setting up an account is free and painless as well. This will be a one-time use link.

Spotify? Why Spotify and not Audible?
We chose to distribute Infernal Fall through a wide distribution rather than exclusively with Audible. This opened the door for this promotional opportunity which benefits you, me, and Spotify. If you are subscribed to Audible, you can use your freebie on another title and enjoy Infernal Fall through Spotify at no extra cost to you. By doing this, you create more competition in the market which benefits all consumers of audiobooks. (I aced economics in school. I have the transcript somewhere, but as I said, I struggle to find my own socks most days so you’ll have to take my word on it. Or search it on DuckDuckGo, Bing, Google, or at your local library. Lookie there, I’m still promoting competition!)

I’m an author too. Can we cross-promote?
I’d love to. Even if you have no subscribers or newsletter, I’m totally game. I will not promote erotica though. If there is cursing, excessive violence, and/or mature themes, please let me know ahead of time.

I’ve been following you for a long time and have been waiting for The Dark Night and The Chance Chronicles. When do you plan to release those?
I’m so glad you asked. I’ve just finished the rough draft of Almost Paradise and have turned my focus to The Dark Night, which will have a new name. Expect the first edition of that on March 17th. The Chance Chronicles will start to emerge over the summer.

Woah there! What about Almost Paradise? If you just finished the rough draft, when will it be out?
I’ll be editing and rewriting Almost Paradise for a few more months and expect it to be ready by mid to late Fall.

Who is eligible to participate?
Everyone is eligible. I personally will not be entering my name to win because that would be silly.

What are my chances of winning?
If all of my current subscribers were to enter and do nothing else the chances of winning are 1 in 5. Not all of my subscribers open the newsletter each month which means if you enter early you have a better chance of winning. Those who enter early and promote will improve their chances over time. Keep in mind everyone will have the opportunity to receive the Infernal Fall and Almost Paradise ebooks for free just for entering this giveaway.

How can I be sure that I’ve received extra entries?
You can contact me at bryan@bryantimothymitchell.com or through social media. I’ll let you know how many entries you have and how you obtained them. For example. If you have subscribed, shared a selfie with the book, and promoted the book with a link at least once a week for three weeks, you should have 7 entries. If I missed one of your promotions, let me know and I’ll make an adjustment. Be sure to let me know anytime you make a promotional post so I can give you credit for it.

How will I know if you have seen my promotional post?
You will receive a “like” from me. If you forget to tag me in the post, you can edit it or tag me in a comment. If I still don’t respond to it please email me. I check social media on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter throughout the week. If you’re sharing on a social media platform I’m not active on you can take a screenshot and email it to me.
